Umo Eno assures career politician of patronage
-Brings back Ntukudeh as Political Adviser

Pastor Umo Eno has debunked rumours that he dumped the political class upon assumption of office as 5th democratically elected governor of Akwa Ibom State.
Speaking at the swearing in ceremony of personal aides at the state’s Banquet Hall on Monday, the governor said it was not true that he will not take care of the political class as being rumored. It may not be the way they know it but we have a plan and this appointments is one way to demonstrate our readiness.

While promising more political appointments, the Governor however noted that everyone can not be in politics which explains why his administration is raising entrepreneurs across the state.
“Few years ago, I was nowhere close to government or politics but here I am today. There are many roads into the market. We will get round to meet everyone but one thing I will not do will be to concentrate with one person at the detriment of the over 7.9 million people” he stated.

He announced the appointment of Dr Godwin Ntukudeh as Political Adviser who will work with three honorary advisers one each from the three senatorial districts. They include Rt.Hon Udo Kyrian Akpan for Akwa Ibom North West (Ikot Ekpene), Archbishop Sam Akpan for Akwa Ibom South senatorial district (Eket) and Rt.Hon (Dr) Henry Archibong for Akwa Ibom North East senatorial district (Uyo).
In 2013, the government of Chef Dr Godswill Akpabio appointed Akparawa Godwin Ntukudeh as Special Adviser Bureau of Political and Legislative Affairs and was retained as a member of the state executive council of the new administration of Mr Udom Gabriel Emmanuel in 2015 as a commissioner in charge of Transport. He was later removed during a cabinet reshuffle and was appointed to head Akwa Ibom Road Infrastructure Maintenance Agency (AKROIMA).
Akparawa (Dr) Godwin Ntukudeh is from Uruan Local Government Area.
