A stop and search operation at Nung Oku roundabout, located by Ring Road 3, Uyo, successfully led to the arrest of a suspect.
The individual, identified as Kufre Aniefiok Akpan, a male from Nkim Village in Itu Local Government Area, was subjected to a search. The search led to the recovery of a cut-to-size double-barrel shotgun, two live cartridges, and various items suspected to be charms.
During interrogation, Akpan confessed to being an active member of the “Sky Low” secret cult.
