The Chairman of Etinan Local Government Council , Hon Uko Umoh, has presented the Leader of the 8th Legislative Council, Hon Ekerete Umoh with an official car.
The Secretary of the Council, Hon Idorenyin Udo, also received an official car from the Council.
In a brief ceremony at the Council Secretariat, the chairman noted that the gesture is to enhance their performance in office.
He commended the Leader of the Legislative Council and indeed the councillors for their understanding and patience while awaiting the arrival of the car.
Hon Uko Umoh described the secretary of council as loyal and hardworking who deserves a better working condition including a brand new car.
Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries, the Leader of the Legislative Council, Hon Ekerete Umoh, thanked the chairman for not just giving them a car but a quality product that will stand the test of time.
He assured the chairman of the loyalty and support of the 8th Legislative Council under his leadership, saying, the task of developing Etinan is a collective responsibility.
Present at the presentation ceremony were Councilors, supervisors, Chief of Staff to the Chairman, Directors and staff of Etinan Local Government Council.
